Sediment Cleaning Solution

Usage Instructions
  • The water in the system is drained.
  • The solution is diluted at a ratio of 1 : 10 and added into the system.
  • The circulation pump is operated to ensure continuous circulation for 4 hours. (max. 40°C)
  • At the end of the process, the system is drained and rinsed with clean water at least twice.

The system is now fully cleaned and ready for the application of the Cycle Heat Transfer Solution.

Heat Transfer Solution (-25)

Usage Instructions

  1. Drain the existing solution.
    Open all valves.
Drain the boiler, radiators, and pipes.
  2. Circulate the Cycle Sediment Cleaning Solution through the system (see step 3 below)
  3. After flushing, drain the system again.
  4. Slowly fill the Cycle Heat Transfer Solution into the pump tank (25 L).
Connect the outlet hose to the system inlet.
Start the pump; if there is air in the system, release it from the air vent. All radiators must be fully open.
Monitor the filling flow and maintain pressure between 1.5 – 2 bar (approx. 1.8 bar).
  5. Release the system air after filling.
  6. Disassemble the filling set and complete the process.
  7. Operate the boiler and observe the circulation.

Heat Transfer Solution (-40)

Usage Instructions

  1. Drain the existing solution.
    Open all valves.
Drain the boiler, radiators, and pipes.
  2. Circulate the Cycle Sediment Cleaning Solution through the system (see step 3 below)
  3. After washing, drain the system again.
  4. Slowly fill the Cycle Heat Transfer Solution into the pump tank (25 L).
Connect the outlet hose to the system inlet.
Start the pump; if there is air in the system, release it via the air vent. All radiators must remain open.
Monitor the filling flow and maintain pressure between 1.5 – 2 bar (approx. 1.8 bar).
  5. Release the system air after filling.
  6. Disassemble the filling set and complete the process.
  7. Start the boiler and observe the circulation.
