Heat Transfer Solution (-40)
Usage Instructions
- Drain the existing solution.
Open all valves.
Drain the boiler, radiators, and pipes. - Circulate the Cycle Sediment Cleaning Solution through the system (see step 3 below)
- After washing, drain the system again.
- Slowly fill the Cycle Heat Transfer Solution into the pump tank (25 L).
Connect the outlet hose to the system inlet.
Start the pump; if there is air in the system, release it via the air vent. All radiators must remain open.
Monitor the filling flow and maintain pressure between 1.5 – 2 bar (approx. 1.8 bar). - Release the system air after filling.
- Disassemble the filling set and complete the process.
- Start the boiler and observe the circulation.
